What I enjoyed most about getting to know my group members was their learning their lifestyles. I learned their hobbies, past experiences, qualifications, and future goals. I found out that many of us share the same goals and hobbies. Reading past experiences about my classmates helped me gain knowledge on their character. What I disliked about getting to know my group members is the judgment category. When only certain information is provided about a person you may begin to make judgment based upon a person you don't clearly understand. If a person doesn't directly say or break down an exact description of a way they feel or provided context that they may have a strong opinion for that I don't understand, I may conclude a negative judgment based upon the information I took the wrong way.
Concerning problem-solving my classmates have helped me to establish ideas for my work based upon their opinions. When I may question how I begin an assignment or need better understanding on the prompt that is being stated I can observe their drafts or statements. Also the discussion titled "HELP" has helped me with a lot of my problems. This discussion answers simply questions that I have that other classmates are also questioning or already have the answer to.
See I think you have had a better week then I did. I didn't get in contact with anyone in my group until today. Group collaboration should be easy, and sometimes it's difficult if their are people who don't understand what they are doing and how to get there. I still have a lot of questions about this class assignment but getting a hold of my group members has proved to be the hardest of them all. Good luck with your project.
